Telecommunications superiority in Poland

The mobile telephony company PLAY has been operating in the Polish market since 2007 and is one of the fastest growing providers in the European telecom sector.

PLAY boasts one of the most advanced privately-owned mobile telephony network in Poland and marks strong growth rates in the largest economy of Eastern Europe.

PLAY has developed a network of more than 860 mobile telephony stores. With an aggressive commercial policy and despite having to compete against major global players, the company has built a very strong brand. As a result, it has captured a market share of more than 27%, with a customer base exceeding 14,4 million subscribers.

PLAY, is the largest Greek investment ever made in the Polish market and recognized as such by the Polish-Greek Forum, that took place in Poland and organised jointly by the Polish Ministry of Finance and the Greek Embassy in Poland.

PLAY is a great example of how Greek know-how and innovation can “conquer” international markets by realising the “made in Greece” concept and bringing multiple benefits to the Greek market and economy.

Each year, PLAY is voted in the first position for the quality services offered to mobile telephony subscribers in Poland. According to the Informa Telecoms Report, PLAY is the top telecom company in terms of growth in Europe.

At the same time, it is consistently recognised by European institutions, for its excellence of service, the particularly competitive packages offered to its customers and the fact that it has created a unique brand, which ranks first in the preferences of Polish consumers among mobile telephony companies and fifth among all brands in the Polish market.
